Divine Community Care Limited intend to focus initially on offering domiciliary care services within the Redbridge Borough Council area for clients with both long term and short term needs. These include:

Personalised Care at Home

- We offer a domiciliary care provision whereby our trained care staff will come into a client’s home and provide care in accordance to their needs. This usually centres on their personal care, and light domestic and preparations of light meals. However, in addition to these traditional services, Divine Community Care can also provide support in a way that will provide more flexibility to service users. For example, unlike conventional domiciliary care, clients would be enabled to go to out to the cinema, swimming, shopping and other places.

This is possible when working with clients who receive direct payments, whereby the person who needs the care receives a certain amount of money and then it is up to the individual how they buy in care services to meet their needs. A client may choose for example the replacement of a sit in service and instead opt for someone to take them to the local shops as they feel this better meets their emotional needs.

Live in Care

We can provide care staff to live in the same home as the Service user 24 hours, seven days per week. Staff are there at all times should a need arise.

Reablement Care

– In addition to those longer term care and support services we have outlined above, we also offer short term reablement support to people who have lost or have trouble in the skills which are necessary for daily living, either due to deterioration of health (e.g. they have been recently discharged from hospital following an operation) and because they are having other support needs, or a case), the reablement service helps people to relearn these skills.

Some clients may go through exercise programmes so that they are physically able to carry out tasks again that they had previously been able to do. We conduct fortnightly reviews to observe/assess how you are getting along.
